¿Qué es el sistema SPD?

SPD (Shimano Pedaling Dynamics) es un sistema de pedales que permite enganchar las zapatillas de ciclismo al pedal mediante calas especiales, mejorando la eficiencia del pedaleo y ofreciendo una conexión firme entre el pie y el pedal.

Instrucciones para medir la rosca del pedal:

1. Preparación: Retira el pedal existente de la bicicleta para poder medir la rosca del eje.

2. Herramientas necesarias: Recomendamos utilizar una galga de roscas y si no tiene puede llegar a medirlo con un calibre o una regla precisa.

3. Medición del diámetro: Coloca el calibre o la regla en la parte más ancha de la rosca del eje del pedal (la sección roscada). Mide el diámetro de la rosca en milímetros.

4. Interpretación de la medida:

Si el diámetro medido es aproximadamente 14,3 mm, entonces la rosca es de 9/16".

Si el diámetro medido es aproximadamente 12,7 mm, la rosca es de 1/2".

5. Confirmación: Verifica la compatibilidad del nuevo pedal con la medida obtenida antes de la instalación.
