How to lubricate the tapiz band of a treadmill?

1. Turn off the machine and unplug it from the power outlet.

2. Slightly lift the tapestry band from the wooden board.

3. With a oil dispenser or other utensil, grease between the band and the board, taking care not to scratch the band and the board. Perform this operation on both the left and right side of the tape.

4. Plug the tape into the power outlet and turn it on.

5. Walk on the treadmill for a few minutes. This will help the lubricant to be evenly distributed.

6. Wipe the excess lubricant from the tape with a rag or paper.
